As I listen to this podcast, I am reminded of an old issue of Mother Jones magazine that had wonderful recipes for cruelty-free quiche. The narrative throughline of these articles led me to my eventual, albeit inevitable renunciation of all forms of nuclear fusion. Though I may be open to considering the sun, I have not yet heard a convincing argument.
