Robin Williams has been like an older, funnier brother or the best of all uncles for my entire life…someone that I could check-in on and be revived with joy whenever I needed it. The world seems weaker and less interesting without him…but, thanks to him, we’ll always have his work to lift us up, to make our lives lighter and to give us a blueprint for how to be kinder, more thoughtful beings.
Maybe we should have seen the warning signs and done something:
Maybe there was nothing we could do for him,
but there’s something we can do every day for ourselves:
Never give up whatever puts this look on your face.
If someone gives you shit about it, get new friends.
Have fun back on Ork, old buddy.
